Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every family, please review the following policies before booking your newborn session. Booking & Deposit A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice may reschedule to a new available date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may result in forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, but may be applied to a rescheduled session if proper notice is given. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Newborn Safety & Comfort Your baby’s safety and comfort are the top priority. Sessions are paced to allow time for feeding, soothing, and breaks as needed. I reserve the right to adjust poses or flow of the session to ensure a safe environment at all times. Session Environment For in-home sessions, please ensure the space is warm, clean, and ready prior to the session start time. This helps create a calm and comfortable environment for your baby. Image Delivery Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery within the agreed turnaround time. Raw images are not included or delivered. Agreement By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
